Our Cherry Liqueur is made by macerating dark sweet cherries in Clear Creek Kirschwasser. The skins, pulp, and pits produce a complex, earthy, more subtle fruit flavor than some of the other liqueurs – and sweeter due to the high sugar content of cherries.
