Our Bourbon is handcrafted using a mash bill of 70 percent Michigan Corn, 20 percent Michigan Rye and 10 percent Malted Barley. We barrel age it for 3 years and three months in our climate controled rick house before we blend it to 92 proof with Pure Michigan glacial water from the Great Lakes without cold filtering it. Our Bourbon is smoky on the palate with notes of tobacco, vanilla and oak with a long clean crisp finish to be enjoyed straight up or on the rocks!
